Noor’s Kitchen

If you enter my kitchen, you will come upon natural and health promoting ingredients. Majority of my recipes include wholesome food, natural spices, and healthy fats. You’ll come upon lots of Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh dates, and dried figs.

We live in a society that is living on fast. Fast food (and JUNK), processed snacks, and unnatural diet food. By diet I mean highly processed food like cookies, breads, snacks, and pastas, that are labeled as low carbohydrate, low fat, or low calorie as if it’s a good thing.

We are meant to eat not for fun, but for energy to keep our bodies moving. Eat healthy, don’t waste food, and keep the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in check.

If anything, this is mama's specialty! Four people had to call after the party for the recipe. Yum! P.S: This is not the raw meat dish.
